What does “Natural Gemstones” mean?

“Natural Gemstones” means that the stones have been extracted from nature and shape into beautiful jewelry pieces.

What does “Created Gemstones” mean?

“Created Gemstones” are stones that have been made in a lab. They are created under high pressure by using the same compounds that make up natural gemstones. This is why “Created Gemstones” are identical to their natural counterparts in chemical composition and physical properties. Usually, “Created” gemstones are flawless and cheaper. They are not considered fake despite being created by using different methods.

What the difference between “Natural and Created Gemstones”?

The only difference is by who they have been created: Man-Made or Nature-Made

Other than that, “Natural and Created Gemstones” are structurally identical and keep the same physical properties. Therefore, natural and created gemstones only compete with each other in terms of defect flaws, clarity, and affordability.

What about “Imitation or fake Gemstones”?

Kalikasan Jewel does NOT propose imitation or fake gemstones.

Imitation or fake gemstones are simple imitations made of a different material such as glass or some plastic.

However, we might add Regalite and Rhinestone to amplify the jewelry design of the main gemstone.

Questions about product descriptions and pictures

What do you mean by “Enlarged pictures” on every product description?

To showcase our gemstone jewelry, we take professional photography and enlarge all of them. This is to show all the details of the stones and expose their exquisite beauty.

All customers/visitors shall carefully check the product descriptions for the item’s size. Enlarged pictures can make our gems look bigger than they are in reality.

What about the gemstone colors in the picture?

Kalikasan Jewel is doing his best to show the true colors of our jewels. However, due to each monitor/screen’s different settings, we cannot guarantee at 100% the stone’s color accuracy. Please understand that this issue is beyond our control, but rest assured that your satisfaction is always our Number #1 Priority.  

What about the jewelry accessories seen in the picture, is it included?

Any jewelry accessories which can be seen on our product picture, such as chain necklace, may NOT be included. Please check the product description to know what we included for each item.

Question about jewelry maintenance

What to avoid to keep my gems as new?

• Avoid taking a bath with them.
• Avoid wearing them while sleeping.
• Avoid wearing them while doing exercise.
• Avoid collision and scratch.
• Avoid any chemical contact (Cosmetic product included)  

What to do to keep my gems as new?

• Please keep them in an individually sealed bag.
• Please keep them in a separate storage box
• Carefully clean it with a dry and soft cloth.

How will my items be package?

All our items are carefully protected to ensure a smooth shipping transit to your destination.

We package all our gemstone jewelry into bubble wrap and send them by bubble wrap envelope or cardboard box.

What about the low declared value indicated on my package?

We declare low-value items to avoid issues with the custom. In most cases, your product will arrive without custom tax to be paid. However, it is your responsibility to check the customs regulation in your country and to pay the customs tax, if any.

Note: Declared Value is not the Selling price.

Do you include a jewelry box in your shipment?

At the time being, we are unable to include the jewelry box due to logistic reasons. We are working on improving this aspect and will surely notify you if this service is available on our website.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

• The item you ordered did not arrive within the time guaranteed.
• The item you received was not as described.
