Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, request a refund, no matter the reason.

How it works:
Our delivery guaranteed time is 45 days upon confirmation of your order dispatched. If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.
Full refund and reshipment approval are subject to the following condition:
- Your order did not arrive due to factor within your control (i.e., providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstance outside the control of Kalikasan Jewel (i.e., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of kalikasanjewel.com

How it works:
We are constantly reviewing our product listing to ensure a good product description. However, dealing with gemstone and handmade jewelry, picture and product description may not be 100% accurate.
If your item is completely not as described on our Website and you can prove it, you will get a full refund.
If your item is slightly different than our Website description (i.e., lighter gemstone color):
- You will have the option to keep the item and submit a request for a partial refund. This request will be review by our team before refund approval or not.
- You will have the option to return the item at your expense (Item must be unused), and you will get a full refund.
You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired (45 Days). You can do it by sending us a message on our “Contact Us” Page. We will be please to discuss a resolution for your complete satisfaction.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Product Exchange
You may request to exchange a product, perhaps for a different size (i.e., Ring Size). You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
